Eric, a thousand year-old Viking vampire, someone who is selfish and rejects his humanity, and from what we’ve seen, has never loved anyone (with the exception of his family/Pam) fell in love with a human. And not only that, he admitted it to her. I don’t think Sookie is grasping what a huge deal this is. Eric isn’t like Bill, he doesn’t want to feel things, especially not for humans, and now he loves one. Flawless character growth.
